I love to read

I am 4 books deep into the Outlander Series and I've lost my faithful bookmark - given that my previous book travelled with me everywhere, to appointments, in the car, camping - you name it, it went everywhere - so my bookmark could be anywhere!!

Fast forward to now - and I've made myself a new one.  This one has a cute image from Some Odd Girl, which I coloured with my Copics.  Then I layered her on strips of patterned paper and a 3-in-1 word ring and clothes tag from Tanya Leigh Designz.  There's also some doodling, a kitty sticky note, die cut heart and a ticket.

I finished off my new bookmark with some sparkly red cardstock, some bling and a strip of orange paper that comes on the bottom of your cardstock and you usually chop it off - everything gets used in my craft room!

There you have it! She even has glossy glasses :)  Are you reading anything interesting at the moment? Let me know in the comments - I'm always looking for a new book to add to my collection.

Love your bookmark Sarah! Cute image...I used to get told off all the time for walking places...reading a book! Read all the Outlander series as they were published, one of my favourite authors ever! Hope you're enjoying it as much as I did!

Super cute Sarah! I'm loving your SOG makes hun! Love the pops of fabulous colour and your doodling is, as always, a brilliant finishing touch. I so envy that skill, my attempts at doodling always look rubbish and I so love that look, so it's a darn shame. Fabby bookmark hun. Hugs, Wends xoxo

What an adorable image for a bookmark, Sarah! It inspires me to get a new one made for myself. Mine is getting pretty tattered because it goes everywhere with me, too. :-D It's really wonderful to see you playing in our challenge at Emerald City Crafts. Good luck in the draw.

This is adorable! Love the bright colors and, of course, that sweet image. Two of my three girls LOVE to read; always have their noses in a book. And I love to read when I get the chance, which doesn't seem to be very often any more. : ( Thanks for playing with Jo's Scrap Shack. (sorry I'm late, I was on vacation last week)
