Day 21 of 31 Days of Halloween

It's day 21! You have joined the 31 Days of Halloween blog hop, this is a most awesome hop of everything spooky, kooky and creepy related. If you hop along and leave love, you might even win a prize!

I have a wonderful box full of goodies today - there's scrolls, ghosts, mummified skeletons, rats, potions, vampire blood and a pumpkin!

I found this neat little decoupage book at Spotlight and painted it black.  Then I lined it with some spooky paper and filled it with tiny bottles filled with beads, Stickles, Liquid Pearls and spices.  The syringe is filled with red Stickles and has a sewing needle glued in the end.

I printed off tiny labels that I found on Pinterest and glued them onto the tiny bottles, then added skulls to the lids.  The skeleton is wrapped in bandages and decorated in red Copic blood.  The scrolls were made from the yellowing pages of an old book that I picked up at a thrift store.

A close up of that glittery red vampire blood and sparkly pumpkin.

I guess little rat didn't want to leave his friend to the afterlife.

I love making these little books.  Last year I made a much bigger one with all sorts of test tubes, bottles, bones and potions.

Thanks for visiting!

this would be fun to have on the table - it
would really wake people up when they saw it.
