Teacher Appreciation Day

I absolutely love Sophia's teachers, they've really helped her to settle into her new classroom and she loves them back.  Most days she doesn't even want to come home cause she's having so much fun.

So I wanted to make them something special.  I normally make things for the teachers anyway (at Easter, Christmas, etc) but they're never expecting something on Teacher Appreciation day!  I made 2 of these jars, wrapped them in school themed paper and twill and then topped the jars off with my own handmade bows - made from yellow tape measure.  The little tags are Project Life cards, that I added the digi image to, and matted on black Bazzill.

The jars are filled with tiny bites of heaven - Tim Tam Bites.

When I gave Sophia's teachers their gifts, they loved them! The assistant teacher didn't even know it was a special day, so she was extremely overwhelmed!  They're keeping their jars at school so that their families don't eat the goodies!
Here's a closer view of the bow on top.  I'm really happy with how it turned out.  It's sitting on some distressed edged patterned paper.  The stripes you can see running around the lid is Washi tape.

I'm going to join in on these challenges:
