Who Do I Love?...

This is the question for the week for my journalling challenge at SB.com. Well I don't even have to think about it - my girls. Of course I love my hubby to, but for this challenge I will use my girls. It's amazing how you can fall in love with your husband and think that's all there is to it. Then along comes a little person and low and behold you fall in love all over again. Now I had a very rocky start to my mother daughter relationship with Amber - I went to hell and back a couple of times just to get her here, then I got very sick - it's hard to fall in love with someone when you are physically & emotionally battered and end up tripping around the hospital from one room, to ICU, and back to another room, all the while hooked up to all manner of beeping things and having bags of blood rushed through you - but I did. It took another 5 years before I got over that traumatic event, and then another 3 years before I would fall in love again - this time it was instant, the instant I got that bright pink line, the instant I felt the first flutter, the instant Sophia was put in my arms and opened one eye to look at me. I was really uncertain as to how I could possibly share my love from Amber to another little person - but I did, and so easily! I love my girls to bits, I love watching Amber dote on her little sister, I love that I finally managed to actually give her a sister! No matter where they go in life, or what they do, I will always love them. Here are my two cuties playing at the park (Sophia's first trip)
My beautiful girls
Never mind swinging, Sophia would rather blow cute little bubbles!
Sophia wasn't asleep, she just blinked as I took the photo. I have no idea what she's pointing to though - isn't she cute!
