My Scrap Studio

So you want to know where all my creativity comes from?  Well apart from keeping me up most nights while it whirls around my head instead of letting me sleep - I get to play in my very own Scrap Studio.

My little room started life as a carport, which my husband - all by himself - renovated from the ground up (floor, walls, painting, windows, carpet, ceiling - you name it everything!)  I got to choose one end, and he has the other (with the computer and all the office stuff).

This is mid renovation - Jas had poured the new (levelled) cement and knocked out the left wall which was very dodgy in the beginning!

Woohoo now we have some walls, the old ceiling is coming down (bit by bit) and the new sliding door has arrived (it's going in on the right next to the ladder)

Now not to bore you will too many details - Jas finished off the entire thing, installed about a million power points, cable, internet, shelves, tables and a comfy sofa bed - and voila!  One absolutely (imho) awesome Scrap Studio!  Hows about a guided tour?

To the left of my room I have a hanging display of layouts that I love at the moment.  Then underneith I have my wonderful Expedit shelves for all my scrappy goodies - everything from albums, magazines, flowers, photo boxes, stickers, the pink drawers are colour organised for scraps, there's an ATC tree, my stamp album - tons of stuff.

The left side of my table is where I sit, there's my home made clip-it-up, more draws of embellies, baskets, a shelf of mini albums, and my jars of ribbon scraps.

The right side of my desk is where I keep my sewing machine - it's so easy to pull out and use when I need to.  More storage, knick knacks, jars of embellies, mini albums, my wall hanging of cards I received from my Sassy Blinging Babes and my memo board.

And my drawers that sit under my table - they are great for storing my 12 inch trimmers on top and all my other handy bits and pieces (glue guns, punces, cards, paints, photos, crafty goodies for the girls and I to create with, adhesive and tons more)

So there you have it - my little piece of heaven!
