31 Days of Halloween - Day 7

It's the 7th of October and it's time for my 7th creation.
Zaha Studio Blog is hosting 31 Days of Halloween this year, and there are 15 participants in this extraordinary blog hop.  Join us for fun, frivolity and some fantastic prizes.

I had some serious fun in my Halloween stash today! I found a wooden frame, and painted it black.  While that was drying I sorted out some coloured papers from Doodlebug and all the embellies I wanted to use.

I created little works of art in each section of the frame, adding pockets, washi tape, plastic die-cuts, foam shapes, stickers and a giant skeleton.  She looked pretty comfy sitting at the bottom of the frame - but a little chilly.  So I made her a ruffled skirt out of Halloween themed patty pans, and a ribbon top with glittery bow.

I've been very lucky to swap pocket letters with some wonderful people, and many of the embellies in this project are from them.  I'm so thankful, as it's hard to come by Halloween embellies here in Australia.

This frame stands about 40-50cm tall and each of the single shapes (not the wide ones) are the size of an ATC, so this frame would be perfect for them.  Now for some close ups:

There's a plastic rat and a puffy ghost, some stickers and googly eyes.

This one has a bingo card, a spooky carriage cut-out, some stickers and a sparkly foam star.

For these two boxes I used a tag/pocket and added some glossy purple ribbon, there's a Pennywise poster and a wooden bat.  I love my Caution tape so it's made an appearance, plus a plastic spider, stickers, googly eyes and a pumpkin sticker trim.

Finally at the bottom and we find Miss Skelly having a ton of fun with her flag.  She's adorned with a candy corn bow, some stickers and an acetate clock, and some coffin-shaped tags.  There's also some tiny spiders, and a bow on her head.
