31 Days of Halloween - Day 25

It's the 25th of October and it's time for my 25th creation.
Zaha Studio Blog is hosting this awesome event, and there are 15 participants in this extraordinary blog hop.  Join us for fun, frivolity and some fantastic prizes.

Today I created a pinwheel! I love pinwheels, the bright colours, the spinning in the wind and how they make me think of carnivals and fun.

I used some Day of the Dead papers that I picked up in a stack from Spotlight.  They're double sided which is perfect for pinwheels.  I threaded a pin through the 4 corners and then through the middle of the paper.  then I pushed the pin through the eraser of a black sparkly pencil.

I then added the skull bead and black and white twine.  I cut out the Trick or Treat paper and added it to the pencil, then added the sticker, bow and googly eyes.

I'm thinking of making one of these for all the children at our Halloween party.
