I made the most wonderful discovery today while shopping at Big W - they have Peeps!! When I first discovered Peeps my friends in the US very kindly sent me some so that my girls could try them. I just think that they are super cute, and I just love anything that is a bunny.
The Peeps I found were small yellow ones, and the large white ones that you can see to the left. I then found some awesome tags and a gift idea for Easter.
You can find the tags {here} so that you can print some off yourself and surprise someone with a home-made gift.
Along with the Peeps, you'll need some colourful paper straws, plastic gift bags and ribbon or twine.

All I did was put a bunny in a cello bag, then insert a straw through the middle of them (it's easier to do it with the bunny in the bag, that way you don't get sugar all over you). I then cut a piece of contrasting ribbon and tied the bag shut around the straw. On the last tieing of the ribbon I added the tag. And you're done! A super easy gift that looks great.
I imported the picture of the tags into Word, resized to the size I wanted and printed.
They didn't stay wrapped for long!
Imagine a whole basket full of peeps! Happy Easter!
I've added my peeps to the following challenges:
