So with a little help from My Scrap Chick I made an Easter explosion box to display my daughter's favourite Easter photos in.
I used the Explosion Box templates to create this box and then decorated with felt bunnies and carrots, a rosette I was given a long time ago and some ribbons.
The template also gives you outlines for the inner papers so all you have to do is trace and cut or use your cutting machine. I doodled borders around the edges with a fine black pen.
I finished off the box with some stretchy silver cord and yellow beads to stand the box on.
Inside the box I added some moss, plastic eggs and tiny prima flowers. The blank pages will hold my daughter's photos from Easter and journaling - I made these using paper from my scraps pile!
There you have it - the Explosion Box that's not only a decoration but a photo album and memory keeper.
