Daryl Dixon is my hero - 31DOH Day 9

Welcome to the nineth day of 31 Days of Halloween, hosted by the awesome Smeared Ink! There are many awesome and talented crafters in this blog hop, which you'll find listed on the right, and you can start right back at the beginning if you've just arrived here :) There will be treasure hunts and prizes to win, so don't forget to visit everyone!

Today I have for you, a Daryl Dixon themed Pocket Letter.  Incase you are unaware, this is my other husband, he works on The Walking Dead lol.

I absolutely love The Walking Dead, and have previously made Pocket Letters of Rick Grimes and Michonne. I was able to find lots of pictures on Pinterest that show Daryl in all his glory - from big softy to big and scary!  Did you know he takes his bow home with him after filming every night!  So far I've been lucky that he hasn't been killed off - since many of my other favourite characters have.

The picture to the left shows the back side of the Pocket Letter.  There's pictures of Daryl with Beth, Rick and "Lil' Ass Kicker" Judith.  There's also a pick of the actor with his own black cat, and his costume - the vest he wears that has wings on the back.

This is the front of the Pocket Letter, in all it's bloody gory.  In the beginning Daryl was a little - okay A LOT - rough, and wore a necklace of ears around his neck!  So for fun I've added them.  My copics made the twine look nice and bloodied.
I also made a paperclip of Daryl's pop vinyl figure.

As an addition I have created a bookmark using an image from Oddball Art.  I coloured her up using my Copics, adding some gloss to her bloodshot eyes and liquid pearls to the skull in her hair.  Of course there's a little black felt cat.

Here's those ears again!

Thanks for visiting with me today - your next stop is Airless Chambers.
