Day 31 - It's Halloween!!

Hi and welcome to everyone from the 31 Days of Halloween blog hop!  If you want to see more of the awesomeness that this blog hop has to offer, the you can find the blog roll on the left in my sidebar.

I made it!!!  I created a Halloween themed creation every day of October!  Phew, what an awesome month.  I've have never used my glue gun and ATG gun so much in my life!

So now we are at the end of the hop and what do I have for you today?  It looks pretty unassuming at the moment cause I haven't decorated the cover.  I wanted to keep it blank until I had completely finished the inside.  It's now 1am and I'm about ready for bed, so decorating will have to take place tomorrow.  So what is this book?  It's my October Daily Lapbook.  It's like a December Daily but Halloween themed!
I'll share with you a few pages so you get an idea of what's inside.  I used the tutoral for a lapbook from Kathy Orta on YouTube.  There's 3 different sections with flip open pages, tags, pockets and flip-flaps.  I've used some of the creations I made and slotted them in or stuck them down.  I don't want it to be too bumpy or the book won't close.
I've journaled about each and every creation, where I got some pieces and how I made them.  I've also included anything that happened during the day that is linked to the pictures.
This is the lapbook with both big pages open.  There's two pockets behind the photo, and the two open pages are pockets themselves.  I downloaded the free tags and printed them on orange cardstock.  I just had to cut them out and then staple them to each picture.  I added the number of the day since the pictures aren't in chronological order.
Lots more pockets and a place to add my tags.  I still have to add lots more pictures and any flat cards that I made to the pockets.

Thank you all so much for visiting my blog this past 31 days.  I have read and appreciate each and every one of your thoughtful comments.  I really looked forward to logging in to my blog and seeing all my visitors.  Thank you to Smeared and Smudged for holding such an awesome bloghop.

Now I'm off to rest my weary head - after carving 3 large pumpkins, icing 24 skeleton sugar cookies, making 20 pumpkin poop bags for my daughters prep class and then going on the Trick-or-Treat street walk that I organised - I'm officially a zombie!

I admit it. I had to search for "pumpkin poop." Wow- does this help you stay organized or does it just remind you of how much you accomplish? Either way I am impressed.
Very handy and beautiful! Colorful.
Congratulations for making it to the end, with all the other things screaming for your time.
I appreciated all your sharing and fangtastic ideas.
Happy Halloween!
