It's a Spook-tacular!!

I can't believe it - it's finally October and I'm participating in my very first Smeared & Smudged 31 Days of Halloween!!  That's 31 Halloween themed projects in 31 Days - so strap yourself in for a hairy, scary, ultra awesome ride!!

If you're on the 31 Days of Halloween Bloghop, you would have come from Shadows In The Moonlight

My first project is a banner for my hall table.  I made this rustic hall table by recycling a pallet about a year ago.  And each season it get's decked out in a particular theme.  Right now it's home to skeletons, brains, a heart, light up pumpkins, head stones, cobwebs and now my new banner.

I made the banner using orange Bazzle, cut into flags, then topped with hand stamped and embossed spider webs (silver), rosettes, ribbon, spiders and black tulle.  I used some black lettering, added some googly eyes and then covered in gloss.

All the flags are hung with heavy black and white twine.  I also added some black doodled borders with a black sharpie.

Hope you enjoyed my project!  There will be another tomorrow, but now you can go on and visit with Steam Fairie Craft.  Visit Smeared and Smudged to learn about prizes for blog hopping and visiting all the blogs.  The entire blog roll is also on the left :)
