Hi and welcome to everyone from the 31 Days of Halloween blog hop! If you want to see more of the awesomeness that this blog hop has to offer, the you can find the blog roll on the left in my sidebar.
If you've seen my previous posts, you'll know that I made a pair of witches shoes - well a witch can't just wear shoes Trick-or-Treating!! She needs a hat!
I made this little hat as a table decoration. It sits about 20cm tall and has all things witchy on it.
I started off with a circle of black Bazzell, then made a cone and glued it on. Next I pleated some newsprint decoupage paper and wrapped it around the base of the cone and secured with glue and a purple ribbon.

I started off with a circle of black Bazzell, then made a cone and glued it on. Next I pleated some newsprint decoupage paper and wrapped it around the base of the cone and secured with glue and a purple ribbon.
Where the ribbon crosses over I added a wax seal and then a sparkly spider. Behind the spider I tucked some black tule and some feathers.
This cute witchy image is a digi from Art By Miran on Etsy. I coloured her with Copics and glossed her eyes. I used yellow Stickles on all the stars. I also glued on a Calla Lilly and a little black felt cat.
And finally I hung a skeleton (I've used his arms and legs on another project) from the tip of the hat, wrapped him up like a mummy, added googly eyes and a sign!
Thanks for visiting my blog :)
