This has to be my favourite creation that I've made this year! I discovered it while looking on Pinterest and then had to buy a whole bunch of cute characters cause they're all down to $1!!! I couldn't believe it. You too can get your own too, I cut mine out free hand as I don't have a fancy cutting machine, but the template comes in various file formats. Visit My Scrap Chick and collect them all!
I used black and pink Bazzle cardstock, and plain white cardstock. Then I printed Meljen's cute little band-aid digi image and coloured them with my copics, accenting the hearts with Stickles.
I used my hot glue gun to piece everything together, but also used 3D foam dots to lift the head and band-aids and give dimension. The pink parts of the ears and cheeks were distressed, and I used a white pencil around all the black edges. On the white pieces I used a grey copic marker. For the features I used perfect pearls.
