My first tutorial...

As requested - here is a tutorial for the butterfly in my "Love You" layout:
On a scrap piece of paper - preferably thin paper (ie. wrapping paper), not cardstock like Bazzill - create a circle and square that are the same size. In this example I used a square that is 5cm on each side and a circle that is 5cm across the diameter - then trim a small portion off two sides.
(I drew the shapes on the back side of my paper to hide the pencil lines)
This is what your shapes should look like when they are cut out and turned over (above)

If you have a crimping tool - this would be a good time to use it, if not try to crimp (fan fold) each shape approximately 3-4mm. Do this for both shapes, it doesn't matter which side you start. This is what your shapes should look like once you have completed the crimping.Position the squared shape above the circular shape and flatten around the middle. Using about 10cm of soft wire, wind it around the middle of the wings and then twist to create the antennae. Wind the ends of the wire around two beads to finish the antennae off.

Now fan out the wings - flatten on the outer edges to help keep them open. This is your finished butterfly! You can make different sized butterflies - just keep the measurements the same (eg. a 10 cm square and a 10cm circle) I attached my butterfly to my layout with 3D foam tape, hot glue would work just as well, you can experiment with different types of paper too - try velum! Have fun! Let me know if you have any questions.
