Here's a piccy to help you with my wonderful summer lunch dream:Yep only the best for my hubby! I like that little glass fence over there - perhaps he put in a pool!? Weird thing is, this really could be my backyard, because we have the exact same fence and palms - we plan to raise the garden beds in our existing garden too!

Okay - so come with me as I slip into the future for a bit. I'm sitting in my newly renovated and landscaped patio with state-of-the-art outdoor kitchen that I've had installed for my wonderful hubby! He's happily cooking away over at the bbq and all I can smell is sausages, onions and mum's meatballs (aussie's call them rissoles) "Hi mum!" oh mum's come to visit, dad's not far behind and we're now all seated at our big outdoor table. I'm sipping punch - love that stuff!, and the salads are in the fridge just waiting to be bought out as soon as the meat's cooked. We're having a nice summer salad with crunchy noodles on top - there's ceasar, thousand island and french dressing, plus the obligatory tomato sauce. We've also got my favourite potato salad and creamy pasta salad. The buns are so fresh you could eat them straight out of the bag! For us girls we've also got the cold peas, corn, beetroot, pineapple, cheese and shredded carrot to go with the salad. While us ladies prefer our salad and meat on a plate, the boys are usually just content to whack everything on a bun and go back to standing around the bbq! The weather is absolutely perfect with a touch of breeze blowing the palm trees - you can just here the 'ding' of my wind chimes. "Grubs up" Jason calls and I'm off to eat.....
